Today was another quiet day for us. We got up late, grabbed the washing and headed to a laundrette we found yesterday. There was a cafe next door so we got ourselves a sandwich for lunch while the washing machine was doing its job, then we sat and knitted and crocheted while the drier was doing its job.
After doing the washing we headed back to the motel and lay on the bed watching TV. There are some very interesting quiz shows on at that time in the afternoon.
We found out that the nearest steam railway doesn't run during the week and we will be too far away by the weekend.
There is a railway reasonably close so we may try to find that tomorrow. I also found a list of wool mills and one is quite close so we might pay it a visit also.
