Friday FOs - 30.10.2015

I didn't get a chance to take photos this afternoon as Sue and I were at the local show looking after the craft pavilion, but more on that later. I did get photos taken this evening under artificial light and flash so the colours are a little off. Here are my finished objects for this week.

Two Little Ducks
I started and completed these on Monday so they didn't get to feature on WIP Wednesday.

Knitted Trauma Teddy #4
I had to go all the way back to March to find the last time I finished one of these. This one has been waiting that long for me to get around to it.

Trauma Teddy #42 for 2015
This is the latest addition to my Trauma Teddy army.

That's it from me for this week. As usual, check out the links in the sidebar to see what other people have made.

Wednesday WIPs - 28.10.2015

I'm much happier with my progress this week, having worked on quite a few projects including two new projects, one of which has already been completed so you will have to wait until Friday to see that. Here are the projects that are still WIPs.

Story Time Blanket The first part of the puzzle is taking shape and the next part should start to make an appearance soon.
Butterfly Squares - side one
Butterfly Squares - side two
Another square is finished.

Rose Pixel Square
This one is looking quite messy with all the ends to be woven in. I'm sure there is a better way to do this but I don't know it.

Pineapple Doily
I have been meaning to make a second one of these for a while but I lost the pattern. A search of Ravelry enabled me to find it again.

That's it for the WIPs for this week. Be sure to check back on Friday to see what I have finished. In the meantime, check out the links in the sidebar to see what other people have been working on.

Friday FOs - 23.10.2015

Well, after promising to have something other than trauma teddies finished, I have finally managed to finish something else. Here are my finished objects for this week.

A Pair of Penguins
I would have liked to have had these finished a couple of weeks ago but they are finished now. These will be available in my shop early next week.

Trauma Teddy #40 for 2015
Trauma Teddy #41 for 2015
Two more teddies finished and I only have one knitted teddy to make up so I'm almost caught up and then I will be back to one per week.

That's it from me for this week. As usual, check out the links in the sidebar to see what other people have made.

Wednesday WIPs - 21.10.2015

In some ways I feel that I have been a bit slack as I only have a couple of items to show this week, but I have managed to finish something, which you will get to see on Friday, so I haven't been completely idle. Here are the projects that I have worked on that aren't finished.

Moogly CAL Square #21
I have gone for a bright single colour for this square. There are only three squares left to do before I figure out the final layout for the blanket.

Story Time Blanket
Being able to spread this out over a table has made this a lot easier to work on with the rising temperature but it means that I can only work on this a couple of hours each week.

That's it from me for this week. Be sure to check back on Friday to see what I have finished. In the meantime, check out the links in the sidebar to see what other people have been working on.

Friday FOs - 16.10.2015

Another week and the only finished objects I have to show are a couple of teddies. Here they are.

Trauma Teddy #38 for 2015
Trauma Teddy #39 for 2015
I will have something else to show soon  (for some definition of soon).

As usual, check out the links in the sidebar to see what other people have made.

Wednesday WIPs - 14.10.2015

I have had a bit of a mixed week this week. The temperature cooled a little and I was able to work on blankets but I took a day off to catch up with emails. I have worked on a few items and here they are.

Butterfly Square - side one
Butterfly Square - side two
I did a few more rows on the square I started last week before I got bored with it and started on something else.

Corner to Corner Picture Square
With all the projects I have on the go at the moment I didn't really need to start another but I have been itching to try this technique for a while.

Story Time Blanket
I don't think I will be doing much more of this one at home until the weather cools down. In the meantime, I will still be working on this while at crochet class as that is held in an air conditioned hall and I can spread it out on the table so it's not on my lap.

Baby Blanket
For those that are interested, this uses the same stitch as the corner to corner blanket but is worked from the centre.

Two Penguins
I'm still trying to get these finished but don't seem to be getting very far. I'm sure I will have these finished soon.

Tunisian Spiral Blanket
I spent a bit of time in a waiting room so this one came out of the bag.

That's it from me for today. Be sure to check back on Friday to see what I have finished. In the meantime, check out the links in the sidebar to see what other people have been working on.

Friday FOs - 09.10.2015

I had hoped to get the penguins finished this week but I didn't even work on them. This means that the only things that I have finished are trauma teddies. Here they are.

Trauma Teddy #36
Trauma Teddy #37
I hope to get the penguins and some other things finished for next week but I make no promises. As usual, check out the links in the sidebar to see what other people have made.

Wednesday WIPs - 07.10.2015

I haven't been as productive this week but I will blame the weather. The temperature cracked the 30°C mark and that is far too warm to be working on blankets. So, here are some of the projects that I have worked on this week.

Moogly CAL Square #20
Another square completed with 4 more to go. I am not sure if I will put this together when all the squares are done as it will be the middle of summer here.I might wait until autumn.

Butterfly Square - side one
Butterfly Square - side two
Not much to see on this as I only did a few rows.

Boy's Rugby Jumper
I sewed the collar on and just need to sew on the zip.

That's all I have for you now. Be sure to check back on Friday to see what I have finished. In the meantime, check out the links in the sidebar to see what other people have been working on.

Friday FOs - 02.10.2015

I didn't finish as many items as I expected to, but I still managed to finish a few. Here are my finished objects for this week.

TraumaTeddy #34

Trauma Teddy #35
One new trauma teddy made and one sewn together making two more to be given away.

Shy Butterfly Baby Booties in 4 ply
These are finished just in time to be entered into the local show.

Man's Beanie
My plastic head is in the garage so I used my own instead. It's a little easier to take a photograph of the back of your own head when you can see what the camera is aimed at, which is one of the benefits of my new camera which can be wirelessly connected to my tablet.

That's it from me for this week. As usual, check out the links in the sidebar to see what other people have made.
